Tropea Ristorante Italiano opened in June 1996 with the promise to bring real taste from our traditional italian flavors.

Owner Lorenzo Scordamaglia is from the City of Tropea. He trained in Genova with the Costa Cruise Line and traveled around the world for 9 years. After arriving in Seattle in 1983 he worked in various Italian restaurants but his trayectory and experience in the food and travel industry motivated him to start Tropea Ristorante. Since the beginning he has worked to maintain the quality and traditions intact.
